About Chef Vito

Chef Vito Marcello's passion for Italian cuisine started early in life, growing up in his father and grandfather's restaurants.

He can be found most nights in Bellini's Restorante Italiano, overseeing the kitchen and following the same traditional Italian recipes that have been in his family for generations.

In addition to being the executive chef at Bellini's, he also owns and operates Vito Marcello's Gourmet Foods, makers of fine, one-hundred percent natural, gourmet Italian sauces available at Hanniford stores everywhere.

Chef Vito has been featured on many TV stations, including WCSH 6 TV in portland. Some of his best recipes are available on their 207 kitchen site.
